There are many accommodation options for groups of up to 25 people.
The practitioner has available separate accommodation in a self contained double-bedroom apartment.
We offer full board, serving freshly harvested organic food, lovingly prepared.
How many can we accommodate?
Food glorious food!
The half board price includes two organic vegetarian meals a day – an elaborate brunch and dinner. As well as fruits, snacks, herbal teas and coffees during the day.
We can cater for special dietary needs, please specify in advance.
Other services
We have a number of optional treatments available to guests provided by excellent local practitioners with whom we partner. These include yoga, sound baths (individuals and groups), massage, reflexology and cacao ceremonies.

Travel arrangements
We have arrangements with a leading Slovenian transport company and can organise pick-up from / to the airports and railway stations listed below:
Closest airport: Ljubljana, 85 km (80 mins)
Other accessible airports: Trieste, Klagenfurt, Graz & Zagreb
Closest train station: Velenje, 5km; Celje 24km
Although we can provide estimated costs for each destination, the price for this service will vary according to the number of guests per trip.
Pricing
The cost for two meals per day and accommodation depends on the room. The pricing is:
– Double room is €140 per person per night
– Triple room is €120 per person per night
– Dormitory is €100 per person per night
We also offer one single room upon request.
The use of all Veduna Retreats facilities is included within the above prices. There is a separate Practitioner’s apartment which is provided without charge for bookings of 12 or more participants.
Minimum hire time is three nights and for a minimum of 10 people.
In the period from 15th June till 15th September minimum hire time is four nights.
Separate costings can be provided for camping, self-catering events and for day events (without accommodation) upon request.
Deposits & payments
Once dates have been agreed, to confirm your place we require a non-refundable deposit of €1500, payable by bank transfer or credit card. Through our flexible booking system we can offer different options for collection of the participants’ registration fees either (a) giving you a link to register the attendees and collect payments yourself and provide us with the total balance due, (b) providing a link enabling participants to register and pay for their accommodation direct to us, or (c) providing a link for us to collect both your course fee and the accommodation fee direct from participants.
